What’s it good for?
Tai Chi is good for the health and known for its curative effects by keeping the acupuncture meridians unobstructed.
Some of it’s objectives are to achieve strong resistance to illness, improve the concentration, and obtain physical fitness and a more agile body.
After an initial short term of daily practise, this relaxing, tension warding Tai Chi Chuan makes one feels replenished with energy.
As a direct result of performing this slow and continuous sequence of body movements, one needs less sleep.
Tai Chi strengthens and straightens the back, relaxes tense shoulders, lowers high blood pressure. Helps the concentration and clear thinking. Its effects are at the heart of health and regeneration. It combats addiction, arthritis, asthma and nervous disturbances.
